Themes in 2025

Main format: World Café discussion

Alongside featured plenary sessions, the Beszerzői Bár event will host interactive and practical World Café discussions aimed at gathering collective knowledge.

Groups of 10-12 participants, grouped by interests, will discuss the most pressing procurement topics, moderated by expert topic leaders.

During the following online day, each topic leader will present the group’s findings, enriched with their own expertise, showcasing the synergized knowledge.

At the sixth Beszerzői Bár, more than 270 participants attended, marking the largest gathering of Hungarian procurement decision-makers ever. This incredible interest is a great honour, but also a huge professional responsibility! But that’s what we love!

For our 2024 meeting, we first used the title “A Celebration of Procurement” because we felt it best expressed what we wanted to say. Key themes, in-depth professional discussions, the experience of actively shaping shared knowledge – together it is truly a celebration for all those for whom procurement is more than just a job.
